proud-eave provides professional support services for individuals navigating Australian social payment and benefit systems, including:
- Application preparation and submission assistance
- Appeal and reconsideration support
- Compliance and ongoing reporting assistance
- NDIS planning support
- Documentation coordination and review
We act as consultants and facilitators. We are not legal representatives, government employees, or decision-makers regarding benefit eligibility.
Eligibility
Our services are available to:
- Individuals aged 18 years or older
- Legal guardians acting on behalf of minors or adults under guardianship
- Authorized representatives with proper documentation
By using our services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Service Engagement
Initial Consultation
We provide free initial consultations to assess your situation and determine whether our services are appropriate. These consultations do not create a formal service agreement.
Service Agreement
Formal engagement begins when you:
- Select a specific service
- Agree to the associated fee
- Provide payment or enter into a payment arrangement
- Sign our service agreement documentation
Scope of Services
Services are limited to those explicitly agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to decline service requests that:
- Fall outside our area of expertise
- Involve fraudulent or misleading representations
- Cannot reasonably be fulfilled within appropriate timeframes
- Present conflicts of interest
Client Responsibilities
When engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Respond promptly to our requests for information or documentation
- Inform us immediately of any changes to your circumstances
- Meet agreed payment obligations
- Forward all correspondence from Services Australia or relevant agencies to us immediately
- Attend required appointments and assessments
- Not misrepresent our role or authority to third parties
Fees and Payment
Service Fees
Fees for our services are clearly stated on our website and confirmed in writing before engagement. Fees are:
- Quoted in Australian dollars (AUD)
- Subject to change without notice for new engagements
- Fixed at the agreed amount for current clients regardless of subsequent price changes
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Initial Assessment Review: Payment due before service commencement
- Complete Application Support: 50% deposit required, balance due before final submission
- Appeal services: Payment due before appeal submission
- Ongoing services: Monthly billing with payment due within 14 days
Refunds
Refunds are provided at our discretion based on:
- Services not yet rendered
- Documented service failures on our part
- Circumstances that make service completion impossible
Refunds are not provided for:
- Unfavorable decisions from Services Australia (outcomes are not guaranteed)
- Client decisions to discontinue services after work has commenced
- Client failure to provide required information or documentation
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Important: We cannot and do not guarantee approval of any benefit application or appeal. Final decisions rest entirely with Services Australia, the National Disability Insurance Agency, or other relevant government bodies.
Our role is to:
- Ensure applications are complete and properly structured
- Present evidence in formats assessment frameworks recognize
- Manage timelines and correspondence professionally
- Maximize the probability of favorable consideration
Outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including policy changes, assessor interpretation, and the specific criteria of each program.
Confidentiality and Privacy
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with Australian privacy law.
We share client information only:
- With your explicit consent
- As necessary to provide agreed services
- When required by law or valid legal process
Intellectual Property
